The weather forecast was -5 but clear blue skies so we decided to go somewhere were would would be able to see for miles, so White edge/Curbar edge seemed a great choice. The ruck didn't exactly start where we had planned as the road to Curbar gap car park was closed due to ice so we had to park a couple o km away and start there. The fog was low at the start of the ruck so it was a bit gloomy and very cold, but once we got up to the car park we got above it and we got what we had hoped for. A lovely snowy scene with views as far as the eye could see. Absolutely stunning!
