The first ruck with Rucking Rosie, our new addition to the team. She will be joining us on our adventures as we get out and about.

We thought we'd venture out into the Staffordshire moorlands for a change this week and it did not disappoint. It was a clear day and the views were amazing.

It was all uphill to start with, a great way to earn your breakfast once you've got to the summit. Although we had to come down a bit to find some shelter from the wind.

It was a really pretty route across the moorlands after the summit where we got to meet a few of the young locals enjoying the fresh grass and the sunshine.

We had a great day and will definitely come back to the area to explore some more in the future.
