There is something about the sound of running water that is really relaxing. We started in Youlgreave through Low Moor Wood and down along Lathdill dale. Its such a tranquil place surrounded by dramatic scenery and wildlife. Being able to walk along the river is such a pleasure. Similar to Dovedale but much less busy.
