We decided to have a last minute night away to Wales after Christmas to climb a mountain, and managed to find a route with 3 summits close together. The day started off very foggy and gloomy, but as we climbed above the cloud level, what a reward for our efforts with some stunning views across the Berwyn range and beyond.  This trip did remind of how quickly the weather can turn when you are up height, as we went from lovely sunshine to driving rain in about 10 minutes, but it was all worth it for those views.
